Any xbox 360 backup related media can only be purchased on the basis that you use the product for backup purpose only - you MUST have the original copy of the media in your possesion.
You must have modified your XBOX 360 CONSOLE to be able to play the backups provided by XBOX 360 backups.
All of our products are legal to purchase as long as you have the original version in your possesion and that the version you purchase from us will only be used in a sparebackup capacity to keep the original from being damaged.
1. The services that are provided on this web page is strictly to back up your games, which you claim to currently own and wish to protect them from damage.
2.These duplications are allowed under the British copyright law and you are entitled to this service by law.
3.I provide this as a service and will not be held accountable for the purchasers use of the backups provided.
4. If you sell your original software you agree to destory the backup.
5.You take full responsibility for your own actions when using these backups and release me frm all "liabilities that may arise,expressed, written or implied" By complying with these regultions it allows me (the service provider) to duplicate and you (as a consumer) to recieve the right to use backups.
